0144: Cannot find all T.V. channels after rescan on PVR 72160T

Description

Did channel search in order to renumber changed channels. I now cannot get BBC1 or BBC2, all other channels appear to be there.

Additional Information

I find 84 T.V. channels I think, unfortunately the 'save' splash screen covers this bit up. Sometimes a rescan only finds 74 channels which start at 12 i.e. Yesterday. Have tried resetting to factory default, scan then normally finds the 84 channels, subsequent scan finds 74. Also tried stopping the search as soon as any channels found, as seen in suggestions, then re-running no different. I have had this problem before but trying again later worked then, not this time though.
I am tuning to Sutton Coldfield transmitter.
Has anyone any ideas or am I going to have to buy a new box.
