Summary

0025: Box hangs when fast forwarding / rewinding a recording

Description

Twice now (I'm pretty sure it didn't happen before 0.3.4) the box has hung when playing back a recording, and using fast forward / rewind to skip adverts - e.g. fast forwarding too far and then rewinding back a little to get to the end of the advert.

The symptoms being that the playback just hangs, as if you'd pressed pause, but no user interface graphics are shown - just the still picture. The box does not respond to any buttons on the remote except the standby button. And that's the only way to resolve the situation - go into standby and power on again. I was not recording anything at the time.
