| Summary | 0049: Teletext not working properly | ||||||||||
| Description | On BBC channels, the teletext will 'auto-exit' during the gap/trailer just before a new program starts. E.g. while using teletext 3 minutes before the start of a new program, the teletext will stop working after 2.5-3 minutes. You will then have to select another channel and back again, then start the teletext service up again. Recently on ITV/Channel 4 channels. Teletext may be extremely slow, unresponsive or may reboot the unit. I am aware that the recent change in the teletext service may have contributed to this, but do not see why the box should reboot when confronted with this change. A friend's Fusion FVRT200 and a Tosh IDTV both coped with the recent teletext change even though they didn't have any updates. They were using software that is at least 8-12 months old. Therefore why should the Sagen box be any different? | ||||||||||
