|Platform||Logik 1TB from Currys||OS||OS Version|
|Target Version||Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0372: "Cannot schedule recording. There is already a timer at the same time on this channel."|
|Description||A dialog "Cannot schedule recording. There is already a timer at the same time on this channel." appears regularly (as often as once a minute). Have to press OK to get rid of it. This happens on live TV, during playback or while in the library, guide or timers.|
After the device has been powered off, it may take a while to appear (until the EPG is fully populated?).
|Steps To Reproduce||Unknown.|
We have a number of series timers set and I've tried deleting and recreating them but I'm not sure of the conditions which cause it to start or stop.

Did deleting timers and recreating them remove this problem? Doing this to all series timers should help. Do you remember if anything unusual/unexpected happened directly before these errors start showing up?
I'm thinking there is possibly a specific series which is triggering this error, perhaps due to the broadcaster changing the time slightly for an episode, changing the programme CRID (and/or changing the episode that was actually originally scheduled at the time/day). Maybe you could try pinpointing which series could be causing this issue - then I can try reproducing it so that I can get Vestel to fix it. Alternatively, feel free to tell me all the series that you have timers set for and the corresponding channel, and I'll try narrowing it down myself if I can get the problem to show here.

Naturally, it's not doing it this morning. However there were two series set to record last night (2013/2/10) on BBC 4 which did NOT record (Lost Land of the Volcano at 7 and The Treasures of Ancient Rome at 8). Their series timers were still visible (the repeat timers at the bottom of the list since these were the last episodes). Just to note I think this current problem started on Friday evening.
If Vestel can't find the problem before the next update, maybe they could change the message to be more informative such as including the programme or channel it's having a problem with. It might help to narrow things down.
