|Description||Something has gone wrong regarding setting timers via the EPG or manually, caused by the way in with the start early / end late padding is applied. In the single record v5.3 software it all works nicely, logically and perhaps perfectly. But in the twin record software it can be seen that the start/end padding time is added to the timer itself - i.e. via the EPG, the red bar shows this, and via the timers screen if you add a timer the start/end times change when you confirm the timer. Of course, each time you choose to edit a timer, it adds even more padding, and also loses the programme name and displays the channel as the name in the timer. This is all quite annoying and more importantly probably confusing to most users.|
I think the way the start/end padding is handled should be changed back to the way it works in the single record software (i.e. padding is transparently applied at record time, and is not visible in the set timers).
